Known Land

This is the second full-length release from Octopus Arms. For this release Damien really put together what I consider to be the ultimate San Jose Various Artists compilation. This record did something else special. Damien took a lot of the same people and put them in different roles throughout the process. I ended up singing on one track (Ringing Crickets) and playing Guitar/Bass/Synth on another (Men on Parade).

He also manufactured a posthumous appearance by our dear friend James Trujillo (Invisible Teeth) which ended up being a star track from an already amazing list of songs/musicians. I also have a very special place in my heart for this record as I mixed it and spent a lot of time listening to all of the great performances.
